BH (Spain) – BH Bikes' R&D team wanted to bring a new approach to the Ultimate 29” XC bike. "Its upper tube is longer, its stem is shorter and its advanced steering angle provides the cyclist with virtually the same position on the bike, but with a more aggressive feel and a notable improvement during descents", stated BH.

R&D:
The BH BIKES R&D team have wanted to provide a new philosophy to the Ultimate 29" frame, the longer upper tube, shorter stem and advanced steering angle provides the cyclist the same virtual position on the bicycle but with a more aggressive sensation and outstanding improvement in descents. The new geometrics provide the cyclist with a greater sensation of trust, stability in the ride and in technical areas.

The rear stays are wider to guarantee maximum rigidity of the frame but with very narrow transversal section guaranteeing maximum lateral rigidity.

Optimized Control Technology:
980 GR. - HCIM (Hollow Core Internal Moulding) HCIM (Hollow Core Internal Moulding). The Ultimate frame has been built incorporating HCIM moulding technology applied to BH Bike high performance road frames.

Ultra-Rigid, Boost148*X12:
Press Fit 92, Rear Axle Boost 148x12, Flat Rear Stays - The BH Bikes R&D has researched to continue complying with the levels of rigidity for the Ultimate range. The Press Fit 92 bottom bracket increases the rigidity in torsion and reduces the thickness of the walls, the rear thru axle of 142 x 12 mm and the positioning of the carbon sheets in the areas of greater impact and some flat rear stays that provide rigidity and comfort to the cyclist.

DI2, Telescopic Seat Post and Double Plate:
The electronic gear change is fully housed and hidden. Using the patented «clip» system on the bottom bracket. It is discreet, lightweight, isolated from humidity and allows easy assembly.

Evo Brake Mount:
The stays house the Evo Brake Mount system that is located in the rear stay of the frame and with optimal slope angle to reduce braking vibration.
