The background story of the Dazzle design goes back to the camouflage of war ships and that is another parallel with the race. It is yellow because yellow is the jersey colour of the winner and when you dream of Tour de France you dream of winning it, right? You simply have to fight your way through the steep climbs of the French roads. Spectre is a symbol of the race and it is also its perfect companion.

Tour de France is a very complex race. It takes your on to all kinds of roads starting with the smoothest of tarmac, via pavé up to mountain paths full of holes and through all kinds of terrains (think of long flats where you fight the wind as well as never-ending climbs and deceitful abrupt passages of downhill).
