aeroe is one of the world's most innovative brands on the global bike scene. We create products that make it easy for riders to carry any gear, on any bike, for their day and multiday trips.
We are growing quickly both in NZ and around the world and we need your sales support firepower for us to scale to the next level. You may have come from a background working in a bike shop or in the outdoor industry or just have a passion for bikes.
The ideal candidate will have a special mix of skills:
- A solid understanding of the bike industry.
- Customer service - you get a real buzz out of helping customers become fans and users of aeroe.
- “Direct to Consumer” and “Business to Business” sales support (customer service and administration).
- Processing and fulfilment of “Direct to Consumer” and “Business to Business” orders.
- Great people skills and a passion for the outdoors.
- Highly organised & self-motivated.
- Based in Dunedin, New Zealand and eligible to work in New Zealand.
Advantageous for the role would be:
- Familiar with social media channels.
- General business administration skills.
- Experience with Microsoft suite (Word & Excel).
- Retail experience.
- Into Biking / Bikepacking trips.
This is an important part-time role (20 hours per week at this stage) and presents a genuine opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person to grow with the business.
This role is based in Dunedin, New Zealand working from aeroe’s headquarters. The nature of the role can provide the right applicant with flexible working hours and the ability to work from home at times.
aeroe is a small but growing team and you will be working with and reporting directly to the founders of the company.
