To tell that story, to create excitement, HED Cycling is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director in successfully planning and executing HED’s marketing initiatives, actively supporting the Sales Team in reaching their goals, and working across teams to improve the customer experience. This work will involve actively managing a series of HED’s digital touchpoints, coordinating media gathering, editing media, attending events and collaborating with other people within the cycling industry.

Must haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience planning and managing digital marketing platforms like web, paid, social, and email.
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Google Suite proficiency
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Social Media Marketing – Planning, Execution & Management
  • Email Marketing – Planning, Execution & Management
  • Website Management – Drafting, Editing & Management

Nice to haves:

  • Engaged in cycling culture, a willingness to participate and connect with others in the cycling community
  • Proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management – the ability to create plans and execute to successfully accomplish each plan
  • Digital ad management
  • Understanding of SEO basics
  • Photography – field & studio experience
  • Graphic Design – experience with Adobe Creative Suite
