Isla Bikes (UK) – We’re looking for a Product Designer with vision and creativity to support the delivery of the product strategy.

You’ll see the bigger picture, looking for ways to turn new and imaginative ideas into reality to drive Islabikes forward as a market leader. Your attention to detail will be meticulous, finding patterns and connections in seemingly unrelated areas to generate solutions, continuously improving Islabikes’ product.

As an expert in your field, you’ll understand how products and their material properties are designed and manufactured to produce products that meet our exceptional quality standards and deliver the needs of our customers.

Managing various projects, you’ll be working to tight deadlines and will be adept at prioritization and utilizing suppliers for support when required. You’ll be resilient under pressure whilst flexing and adapting to customer demand and the needs of the business.

Excellent communication skills are a must as you’ll be working cross-culturally and clarity and succinctness are key to those relationships. You’ll have the ability to travel when required.
