Kuat Racks (United States) - Küat Racks in Springfield, MO is seeking an Administrative/Executive Assistant.

Primary Duty:

The Administrative/Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the organization as well as projects- and meetings-specific support to the Project Manager. Primary duties include managing meetings, performing administrative tasks, and creating and maintaining various reports. This role often works independently and successful candidates must take initiative and apply sound judgement to assigned projects.

Status: At-will employee, full-time, exempt.

Supervision: Supervision is by the Project Manager.

Conditions of Employment: Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check. Candidate must meet the requirements of the full job description throughout the duration of employment with Küat and must follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Project Manager on managing project meetings and due dates.
  • Assists in all meetings-related tasks, such as sending reminders, taking notes, setting up meeting rooms, and preparing materials.
  • Arranges travel for the Project Manager and other employees as requested.
  • Trains new hires on the company’s project management software and processes.
  • Assists in drafting effective and appropriate emails on behalf of the Project Manager and other team members as requested.
  • Serves as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders as well as among internal teams on administrative activities.
  • Establishes, monitors, and updates project priorities and expectations as appropriate.
  • Creates various administrative and project-related reports.
  • Performs other duties, as required by the company or delegated by the supervisor.

Other Important Functions:

  • Attends workshops, seminars, and conferences for professional development as necessary.
  • Attends and/or participates in company training.
  • Actively looks for improvements in company systems and processes.

Due to the company having substantial trade secret information and this position having access to such information, the position requires that a non-disclosure, confidentiality agreement be signed.

Performs related administrative work as required.

Travel:

Out of town travel is expected occasionally.

Technical Experience:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or Adobe products is preferred.

Required Education and Certifications:

Position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience, knowledge, or training may be considered as a diploma substitute.

If operating a motor vehicle while on company business, employees must possess a valid operator’s license and maintain adequate personal insurance coverage.

  • Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in the English language.
