Job Offer By Pivot Cycles - Social Media Coordinator

Pivot Cycles (United States) - Tempe, Arizona-based Pivot Cycles seeks a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join a tight-knit, family-inspired marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Team Lead and Senior Brand Strategist. The Social Media Coordinator works closely with the global marketing team to plan and implement an engaging content strategy on multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate engaging content optimized for multiple social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media Coordinator to execute paid strategies as needed on specific platforms.
  • Work closely with designers, Visual (photo/video) and Copy Content Coordinators to build attractive content that reinforces Pivot’s brand voice and authority.
  • Understand and define KPI’s specific to social media performance.
  • Prepare performance reports for all social media platforms, present to the Marketing Team on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain tip-of-the-spear knowledge of emerging trends and technologies used in social media.
  • Effectively use Pivot Cycles’ brand voice to interact with engaged audiences on social media platforms.
  • Monitor all social media content, including influencer and key partner content, support Athlete Coordinator in influencer discovery.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build an active corporate presence and strong network.
  • Use tools and platforms such as ViralSweep or RallyUp via social media to deliver attractive and goals-oriented lead generation campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven work experience as a social media coordinator; familiarity with mountain bike technology or culture preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of Meta platforms, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Good understanding of social media KPI’s.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or Advertising preferred.
  • Must possess excellent written communication skills.
  • Must be results-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for creative collaboration and ‘remaining calm under fire’ when receiving and offering feedback.
  • Basic Google Analytics and Atlassian/Trello project management skills.
  • Able to provide portfolio of writing samples.
