State Bicycle Co. (United States) - State Bicycle Co. is looking for a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant who will report directly to our Warehouse Manager to ensure all orders are packed correctly and shipped timely and accurately. Additional responsibilities for this position are detailed below.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of completing multiple inventory tasks while maintaining speed, efficiency and inventory correctness. This employee is self-motivated, can increase productivity to meet demand, and is willing to work as part of a team that contributes to all functions of the daily warehouse operations.

We are able to provide flexible hours for this part-time position, though it should be expected that all hours worked will occur Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm.

Essential Job Functions:

• Pick, Pack and ship outgoing orders from the warehouse
• Ensure every order is packed correctly and shipped timely and accurately
• Anticipate, accept, and organize incoming orders from suppliers
• Constantly monitor inventory levels for accuracy
• Periodic inventory counts
• Warehouse and small parts organization
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with the overall upkeep of the warehouse
• Process customer returns and exchanges

Job Qualifications and Competencies:

• Experience at bicycle retail/bicycle manufacturing or commensurate warehouse experience
• Basic bike repair and assembly knowledge
• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical demands - ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work on feet most of the day
