Summary:
Strider is looking for an exceptional communicator, to serve as a point of contact, and a tracking/reporting lead for our sales and international business development team. The day-to-day activity requires a hands-on, highly detailed individual who is comfortable working with a variety of spreadsheets and reporting tools. As a global company, the right person will communicate daily with people from many different countries and in languages which may require translation. This role will use an analytical approach to help transform data into actionable insights and keep numbers current through outstanding communication with our partners worldwide.
Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain sales tools and score-cards, providing them to management for strategic analysis
- Be a key contact with our international franchisees regarding sales, inventory, orders and warranty/quality reports
- Create monthly reports on the status of global and regional sales and marketing results, and coordinate monthly projections with other departments • Serve as the main point of contact and communication for our international team when
they are not present in our local office - Consult, collaborate and brainstorm with the business development team to support growth throughout their respective regions and identify new opportunities for growth • Have the ability to research the viability of doing business in a
country to assist the business development team in future planning - Work with the legal department regarding IP issues or infringements as well as support and track contract administration tasks
- Have a strong sense of internal customer service and be able to take on a variety of tasks to assist teammates or other departments
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods using a phone, computer, and monitor
- Must be able to travel throughout the US
- Must be willing to occasionally assist with after-hour or weekend events
- May be asked to occasionally travel internationally
Location and Hours:
- This position is in Rapid City, SD
- Strider posted business hours are Mon-Thurs 8-5 and Fri 8 -12
- This full- time position requires a 40-hour week that would include flexing hours before or after the posted hours to achieve that total
Pay:
- $42,000 – $50,000 depending upon experience
- This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Business Development Team Leader and qualifies for a full benefits package that includes paid time off, a 401K plan, health insurance and an extensive list of perks.
