Summit Bicycles (United States) - Summit Bicycles is looking for excellent communicators that will help us maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business. We’re a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork, positive energy, and continuous development in both our business, as well as growth as professional individuals.
We need an individual who excels in multi-tasking, problem solving and effective time management. Our customer support team processes incoming work orders and locates merchandise in the warehouse inventory, through our retail locations, and coordinates with outside vendors. We need someone who is a good listener and will be able to identify customer needs and answer questions and concerns. Our team utilizes multiple platforms to process orders and connect with our customers. Our ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude. An interest in, and general familiarity, with bikes and bike culture is preferred.
Our work environment is truly unique and full of opportunities for growth for creative individuals looking to build a career in this industry. This is a full-time position open immediately. We will provide thorough training to ensure your success. We pay on both an hourly and bonus basis, depending on experience. We offer health insurance, dental, and 401K options upon completing the 90-day probationary period. Pay rate is dependent on experience.
