Voler (United States) - We are looking for a talented, friendly, and positive individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative as part of the Voler Store team. This is a full-time position in Grover Beach, CA. The ideal individual will contribute to the long-term growth of Voler by providing enthusiastic and knowledgable assistance to our customers.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist customers in outlet store
  • Assist customers via phone, online chat, and email
  • Maintain working knowledge of new/current products
  • Provide consumer with insights on products and fulfill order requests
  • Provide general support as needed, including cashiering

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service, 1-2 years prior customer service preferred
  • Outgoing and friendly
  • Communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and mathematical skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Computer skills (Point of Sale, Windows operating system)
  • Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team
