Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Fenix) won the 15th edition of Strade Bianche Eolo, 184km from Siena to Siena (Piazza del Campo). The Dutch rider crossed the finish line in the historic square ahead of Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck – Quick-Step) and Egan Bernal (INEOS Grenadiers).

Final result:

  1.  Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Fenix)184km in 4h40’29”, average speed 39.361km/h
  2. Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck – Quick-Step) at 5”
  3. Egan Bernal (INEOS Grenadiers) at 20”
