Fyxation (United States) - Press Release: At long last, the Fyxation Comet Track Bike is here! At home on the velodrome, fixed gear street crits or a city session; the Comet is built for performance! Featuring lightweight hydroformed 6061 tubing, smooth welds, full carbon fork, Fyxation Matador Comp crankset, the Comet is nimble, fast and super responsive.

The Comet is available for purchase with either rise bars or drop bars. Simply choose your preferred cockpit at checkout. All bikes ship with front and rear brakes and a flip/flop hub so you can set up fixed or free. If a fixed gear crit is in your plans, we designed the Comet with a high bottom bracket to help with cornering on the streets making it ideal for tight turns on your local fixed gear criterium course.

The Comet also uses our proprietary hidden internal rear brake routing with cover plates or cable guide plates. Riding brake-less, run the cover plate for clean styling. Easily install the cable guide plate when bringing your Comet out of the velodrome and onto the street.
