Thru axles on the front and rear mean that wheel location is always accurate so that brake pads and brake rotors always align perfectly while also increasing stiffness and steering precision.

The Merlin Inferno frame is compatible with mechanical and electronic groupsets; all cables run neatly through the frame tubes with the hydraulic cable for the front disc brake also running inside the front fork and we have completed the Inferno specification with the brilliant Shimano Ultegra R8020 11 speed hydraulic disc brake groupset.
