New: Fazua Evation Battery Bag and Evation Battery 250X

Fazua (Germany) - In late summer, the focus at FAZUA turns to the topic of batteries. The launch of the FAZUA Battery Bag and the new FAZUA Battery 250 X sees two products coming onto the market that offer a number of benefits for FAZUA riders.

The new and practical FAZUA Battery Bag was specially designed for transporting the FAZUA Battery 250 and Battery 250 X.

In collaboration with EVOC, the specialists in sporting backpacks and bags for bike, snow and traveling, work has progressed over the past few months on a product that is not only visually striking, but is also practical, functional and reliable for transporting an additional FAZUA Battery.

"Our collaboration with EVOC was exceptionally efficient and dependable. It was hugely important to FAZUA to work on this project with a competent and experienced partner in the textiles field. A further benefit of the collaboration was the physical proximity which facilitated great communication. To meet our high requirements for quality and performance, this meant we were able to produce several prototypes on site, test them across significant ride distances and obtain a number of opinions on operation during daily use, as well as on fitting and removal.“ - Constanze Buckenlei, Product design at FAZUA.

The Battery Bag can be secured to the frame of a FAZUA bike in just a few easy steps, and three attachment points ensure a snug fit on the frame. The slim shape leaves plenty of room to pedal, and carrying a spare battery gives every rider the flexibility and peace of mind to extend the ride by a few more miles.

The FAZUA Battery Bag is water-resistant thanks to the sealed seams, and is available in Carbon Grey and Loam colorways.

FAZUA Battery 250 X:

Wake-up function and UL certification:

The new FAZUA Battery 250 X combines light weight and optimum efficiency with an even cleaner design. At 1.4 kg / 3.1 lbs, it weighs just as much as a bottle of water and can be conveniently switched on and off via the FAZUA Remote bX* or Remote fX*. It is no longer necessary to remove the battery to do this. The wake-up function is more than just an advantage of the battery, however. The new hardware and BMS developed by FAZUA now also meet the strict requirements of the American safety standard for lithium-ion batteries for use in eBikes.

This sees the FAZUA drive system joining the ranks of the few manufacturers with full UL certification, and once again meets the demand for product quality.
