Thok E-Bikes (Italy) – The successful MIG series expands with the arrival of the new MIG Sport Touring that has a Shimano Steps E8000 engine to power the e-bike that sports 29” wheels and 120mm travel on both front and rear suspension.

The MIG-ST is designed for those who like riding long off-road distances coupled with the comfort of a fully suspended e-bike and the smoothness and ability to overcome the most extreme of obstacles with the bike's 29” tires. The package is combined with the sublime power of the Shimano Steps E8000 motor that has a 504Wh battery.

With the new MIG-ST, Stefano Migliorini wanted to develop an e-mtb that maintains the handling and stability that have made his MIG and MIG-R famous, adopting the Short Chain Stay and the Low Gravity Center solutions obtained by placing the battery below the down tube. These features are now available on a more touring based e-bike that is ideal for those who are entering the e-mtb world for the first time.

The frame’s 6061T4 T6 hydro formed aluminum geometries are specifically designed for a Trail Mountain Bike with a 67° steering angle, 74.5° seat tube-angle and X-Fusion 120mm travel suspensions (front and rear). Maxxis Ikon 29x2.20 tires, Shimano Deore 11/42 transmission and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 200mm diameter front and 180 mm rear brakes complete the equipment of the all new MIG-ST that is also compatible with 27.5 Plus wheels.

The MIG ST is finished in matt green and it can be ordered exclusively online now on Thok E-Bikes' Website.

Deliveries will start from July 2nd 2018 with customers having the ability to receive their bikes at home or in one of the Thok Points throughout Europe.
