PRAEP Sports (Germany) - Press Release: The long wait is over. Inspired by pedals, our new PODS bring a new dimension to leg training and are the perfect complement to ProPilot®. The two independent PODS have a support surface for the front foot that was modelled on a bicycle pedal and train the entire leg musculature with 360° instability. Stability, balance and mobility - whether biker, motocrosser, skier, skater, tennis player... Power your Passion!

Unlike conventional balance boards, the feet and legs are decoupled from each other. This means that all muscles, ligaments and tendons are involved. Furthermore, the balance feeling is enormously promoted. Whether downhill, enduro, trail or bike park, the feet, joints, knees and thighs get the perfect training tool for preparation with the PODS. All loads are simulated in compressed form. Instability is the key to holistic training to strengthen the deep muscles. Valentina Höll was also involved in the development of the PODS. Especially in the phase of rehabilitation, the Praep team thought about how to rehabilitate well from such injuries and, even more important, how to avoid them as much as possible.
