Comfort blends with adventure thanks to the new GROUND, the off-road saddle from SELLE SAN MARCO.

In occasion of the Mid-Season 2021 campaign, SELLE SAN MARCO presents the brand-new GROUND: a saddle entirely dedicated to the off-road world but also versatile for the Gravel world.

The new GROUND is the direct “evolution”, in terms of shape and intended use, of the current GND saddle. This new saddle has a total length of 255mm and will be available in two widths (Narrow 140mm – Wide 155mm) and only in the Open-Fit version, with a large central cut-out for releasing pressure from the perineal area.

Unlike the actual GND saddle, the GROUND is a 7mm shorter off-road model that contributes to making the saddle more compact, performing, and improving the comfort of every cyclist.

The new GROUND is made only with PULLFOAM padding: a low-density foam with a structure of variable thickness. This saddle is able to support the movements of the pelvis while pedalling, giving more comfort, resistance and support.

Finally, the rear part has a small rise expressly designed to offer greater support to the seat – especially when climbing – and greatly help the cyclist to have a more effective and efficient pedaling by managing the difficult situations typical of uneven off-road terrain.
