Rudy Project (Italy) – The brand new Racemaster helmet is designed to set new standards in the helmets comfort and security. We engineered this model to enhance impact absorption featuring new technologies such as the HexoCrush. The inner liner of Racemaster incorporates this new structure. Originally inspired by Conehead technology and developed to be extremely lightweight, the liner is molded with two different foam densities. And a hexagon shaped structure provides improved shock absorption by dissipating impact forces laterally and radially.



When a shock occurs, the impact force is directed towards the head pushing the outer layer to compress. Simultaneously, the head presses in the opposite direction compressing the inner layer and the hexagons. In this way, energy is spread within the foam instead of towards the head and, thanks to the hexagons, the g-force pressure on the head is reduced.
