Whyte Bikes (UK) – Whyte Bikes just revealed their new additions to the Road Bikes collection – The New Wessex One & Wessex SE Road Bikes. Both now available through local Whyte dealers.

Wessex One:


1 x 11:
"When we set about designing this bike, we wanted to create an even simpler version of the Wessex. A 1 x 11 drive train gives 11 usable gears with no overlaps and utter simplicity", shared Whyte Bikes about the Wessex One Road Bike.

WTB TCS System Tyres:
WTB TCS system tyres and rims give all the advantages of tubeless tyres. The lower pressure creates both comfort and grip to give the security that creates the feeling of confidence in all weather and road conditions.

Hydraulic Brakes:
Hydraulic brakes give one finger control from either the hoods or the drops, this modulation allows for complete control in all situations and weather conditions.

Wessex SE:



The Ultimate British Road Bike
According to Whyte Bikes, "the Wessex SE is designed to be The Ultimate British Road Bike, designed to take you further, faster and in more comfort than any road bike we have ever designed. The Wessex SE is, without doubt, the fastest bike that can take full length mudguards".

UD Carbon Finish:
A stripped back finish means Whyte Bikes have only lacquered the UD carbon finish to save weight. The lay-up utilises Core Shell Rubber - this nano-technology brings more comfort to both the fork and rear stays, resulting in less rider fatigue.

SRAM Red eTap:
"SRAM Red eTap wireless shifting gives the ultimate in weather proofing with no cables to seal from the environment. Full hydraulic brakes give one finger control and a FSA Metron aero finishing kit completes our best of breed package", they concluded.
