We develop, design, and produce brake discs, in various designs – standard as well as custom made – for Bicycles, Mountain Bikes (MTB), E-Bikes, Fatbikes, Cargobikes and Delivery Tricycles.

As a material for our brake discs we use a high-alloy stainless steel, which is also used as cutlery steel and in the production of turbines. All of our brake discs are by default heat-treated by a specially developed procedure which significantly increases the stability of the material and thus the life span and endurance of the brake discs compared to other brake discs on the market.

With our discs we cover the complete band width in sizes between 140 and 225mm (custom sizes possible after consultation), in the thickness of 1.95mm (standard), 2.5mm and 3mm as well as in the usual mounting standards (IS2000, 4-hole for Rohloff 4-hole for Coda, 4-hole for Hadley GT, 4-hole for Formula, 5-hole for Hope (Big Un's) and 3-hole for White Industries hubs). In addition to our brake discs, we produce rustproof canti studs / brake bosses for V-brakes and U-brakes, from stainless steel and high-strength aluminum for all current and also older frame and fork models. (e.g. Easton, Fox, Magura, Manitou, Marzocchi, Radon, RST, RockShox, SR Suntour or KLEIN, GT, Fat Chance, Merlin und Surly).
