Suzhou Wanjia Electric Co., Ltd.VINKAfounded in 2003, is an exclusively Japanese-funded company dedicated to research and development, manufacturing and sales businesses. Located in Wuzhong District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, Vinka covers an area of over 20,000. Equipped with two sub-factories and one Research & Development Center and staffed, Vinka divides its business to three major domains including Electrombile Business, Auto Parts Business and Household Appliances Business under administration of three specific divisions which are committed to manufacturing products including electric power-assisted bicycle central motors and torque transducers; such interior trim parts as automobile sun shades, retroreflector and seat accessories; and household appliances and daily item accessories. Over the years, Vinka has established robust cooperative relations with numerous world-renowned clients.

The company has been approved by ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO/TS16949, 3C and other system certifications. Vinka has developed and gained skills in productivity and quality assurance on the ground of years of experience and qualifications in manufacturing.

Qualified as the National High-tech Enterprise in 2013, the company has set up a well-trained research and development team consisting of three professors, five doctors and a number of masters which accounts for above 80% of the entire team. Industry-university-research bases jointly established by Vinka and academies/institutes of domestically-renowned colleges and universities (e.g. Soochow University) are launched to commit to tackling key problems in new industrial technologies and projects.

Vinka has shifted its focus onto electric bicycles since 2012, as outcomes of which the company has successfully and independently researched and developed central motors, torque transducers and other core products, and applied/been authorized with over fifty domestic and international patents for invention, patents for utility models and software copyrights.
