Parlee Cycles (United States) - Custom Paint Apprentice.

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working person to be part of the PARLEE Cycles Custom Paint team.

As part of this team your mission is to produce flawless custom paintwork that helps PARLEE Cycles meet our production quotas and produce bicycles that reach our high standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sand and Polish paint imperfections
• Prep and Mask bike frames
• Apply base layers
• Help with general maintenance of shop and tools
• Work on projects with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that requirements and standards are met consistently
• Work cooperatively with the Custom Paint Team
• Help support other teams within PARLEE Cycles
• Maintain a clean safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Additional duties may be assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Paint and/or art experience a plus, but not required
• Good eye for detail
• Able to work 8 hour shifts standing
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be available for occasional overtime when necessary
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals printed in English
• High school diploma or equivalent required
