Kona Bicycle Co. (Monaco) - Kona Europe is looking for an organized, motivated and resourceful individual to work at our European Headquarters based in Monaco. This position supports our sales team, a high-energy dynamic division at Kona Europe.

We are looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude!

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience preferably in the sports or tourism industries.
• Native English speaker with fluent French and German. Other languages are a plus.
• The ability to maintain attention to detail, prioritize tasks and independently manage time.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer service
• Follow up Customers orders 
• Invoicing and general administration
• Working closely with finance and sales teams to provide reports and follow up customer payments
• Liaison between warranty service and clients
• Follow up and handling of purchase orders
