We set out to design a wheelset to meet the rigors of fast, mix-terrain all-road riding. It would be based around a mid-aero profile with a wide internal rim to support a huge range of tires. It would balance ride quality with speed, versatility with performance, durability with weight.

Most importantly, it'd surpass the standards of excellence we've set over 25 years of wheelbuilding.

We met every goal - and surpassed them.

The resulting Ares4 AR is the culmination of two decades of success, innovation and performance. Everything we've learned from decads of proven results in road racing, triathlon and most recently gravel racing, distilled into a single product.
