Born from a dream to build the most exclusive bicycles, PASSONI is celebrating 30 years of tailor-made bicycle frames that combine the unique Italian sense for style with the best technology and performance available. To mark the occasion, PASSONI will be building 30 unique bikes, tailored uniquely to their riders, fitting the best possible components, on their signature carbo-titanium frames including a set of CeramicSpeed titanium Pulley Wheels.

Carved-in milestones:

To celebrate 30 years of outstanding craftsmanship, PASSONI designed their anniversary bike, Passoni Vinci, to integrate the milestones the brand has achieved during the last three decades of existence. The bike will thus feature a titanium lugged design (introduced with the Passoni XXTi bike frame) and the colour scheme from Passoni Mito produced in early 2000 (the precursor of the lugged titanium frames).

Passoni Vinci will be using carbo-titanio, a unique material created by the union of carbon fibres and titanium filaments, that offers increased strength thanks to the titanium used, but delivered at the same lightweight. The use of titanium in the equation helps to absorb vibrations, supporting the titanium down tube, chainstays and the head tube in their micro-vibration reduction.

Titanium frame, Titanium pulleys:

The lucky owners of the 30 unique PASSONI anniversary Vinci bikes, will receive a complete bike tailored to their requirements. The head-tube and seat-tube badge are gold plated and every single piece of equipment has been carefully selected. “A THM cockpit and crankset, Carbon-Ti chainrings and the performance support of CeramicSpeed titanium jockey wheels are a must-have for this project”, mentions Danilo Colombo, Head of Sales at Passoni. The CeramicSpeed Titanium Pulley Wheels were a natural choice for the team, combining durability and speed, seamlessly fitting into the overall design.

Whoever the 30 owners will be, they will have a very special bike on their hands.
